About Connection Keeper
A free program that makes sure your ISP won't drop your internet connection due to inactivity. Connection Keeper can also be set up to automatically close those annoying pop-up windows.
Connection Keeper was originally a program for keeping a dial-up connection alive, and for closing popup windows. Although it still does those things, it has pivoted to a program that monitors the proper functioning of websites, mail servers, DNS records, DNS blacklists, backlinks, redirects, and FTP servers. Any problem is reported to an admin, along with diagnostic information. Connection Keeper is completely free.
